Yesterday's output shouldn't arrive tomorrow morning.
Work orders, machine status, stock levels and output figures already exist on your floor — on travelers, whiteboards and clipboards. We build production systems that carry those numbers to a screen while they are still today's numbers.
The work you recognise
Where the shift loses its hour.
Work orders travel on paper
The traveler is the single source of truth — until it's smudged, lost, or sitting in the office while the job runs.
Output is compiled tomorrow
Yesterday's production count gets typed up the next morning, so decisions run a full day behind the line.
Machine status means walking
Which line is running, which is down and why is discovered on foot, one supervisor at a time.
Stock and the system disagree
The store count, the spreadsheet and the accounting figure are three different numbers for the same shelf.
The weekly report is an assembly job
Someone stitches exports from three systems into one deck — every week, by hand.
More output means more people
The bottleneck step is manual, so growth gets hired instead of engineered.
The shape of the system
From work order to dashboard without a clipboard.

When the fix is physical
Some bottlenecks are mechanical. We bridge those too.
When the constraint is a filling, packing, labelling or handling step rather than an information step, Valtrin acts as the technical and commercial bridge to established machine builders. We don't manufacture equipment — we specify it, evaluate the builders, witness the factory acceptance test, stay through commissioning, and then wire the machine's output into the same dashboards as the rest of your line.

Systems & Portals
Work order boards, operational dashboards, store and production views — role-based access over one live dataset. From RM 7,500.
Workflow Automation
Shift summaries delivered instead of compiled, inventory reconciliation flows, reports generated from data that already exists. From RM 4,000 per package.
Industrial Automation
Line assessment, equipment specification and sourcing through the bridge to established machine builders. Industrial Assessment from RM 3,000, including the site visit.

Show us the number you wait a day for.
Tell us which figure your morning meeting runs on and how it reaches the table today. If a system can put it on a screen by itself — and pay for the build in saved hours — we'll show you how. If it can't, we'll say so.
